Safety is the baseline. Experience is what keeps families coming back.

Play Cafés

Children play. Parents relax. The space decides whether both want to return.

Launching an indoor play venue means delivering on two promises at once: a space children find genuinely exciting, and one parents trust completely. Bleu & Associés designs custom play environments for kids parks and play cafés — built for daily intensive use, calibrated to the full range of childhood development, and designed to make your venue the one families choose first, and return to most.

Repeat visits

The space they always want to come back to

A well-layered play environment — with varied challenges, distinct zones, and room to grow — holds children's interest across ages and visits. The right design doesn't just attract families once. It gives them a reason to come back next weekend.

Family trust

The venue parents recommend

Parents choose play venues carefully. A thoughtfully designed, well-maintained, certified space signals that your business takes childhood seriously — not just safety compliance.

Commercial resilience

Built for what indoor leisure really demands

Commercial play venues face some of the highest usage loads of any environment — continuous daily use, varied age groups, and the wear that comes with genuine excitement. Every installation is designed for durability, ease of maintenance, and full EN 1176 compliance.

Our approach to creating memorable play experiences

Turnkey

Your vision. Our expertise.

We start with your brief — your concept, your space, your audience. From there, we handle design, project coordination, on-site supervision, and post-opening maintenance. We can also connect you with trusted general contractors for structural works. One point of contact, from blank page to opening day.

Active Design

The aim is to promote simple actions like walking, running, jumping, following a route, changing pace, integrated into daily routines.

Understand how we design

The questions our clients and partners ask most — and what makes our approach different.

What is the difference between a kids park and a play café?
×

A kids park is an indoor play space, with or without childcare. A play café combines a café with a play area, balancing the needs of adults and children.

Each format has its own layout, safety and business model, and we design for both.

Are your indoor playgrounds EN 1176 and ERP compliant?
×

Yes. Safety is the baseline, especially in enclosed spaces with young children. We design to EN 1176 and ERP requirements, and each project is independently verified before it opens.

Materials are chosen for daily intensive use.

How can a play café increase revenue per square metre?
×

A well-planned layout raises the time families spend on site and the average basket, and helps fill quieter hours.

We design the space around your occupancy goals, flows and service areas.

Do you design for different age groups, including toddlers?
×

Yes. Play elements are adapted to each age range, with features that support early motor skills, awakening and autonomy.

Separate zones keep younger children safe and let older ones be challenged.

Can you work with a partner on a play café concept?
×

Yes. Play cafés are a growing market for us, developed with our partner Tiger Play.

We bring bespoke design, certification and project management, from the first brief to opening.
