An indoor play area, entirely renovated on the existing site of Carrefour Property Group shopping centre.

The installation of a custom-made, iconic tubular slide, 14 meters long and 5 m high, with a start and stop system for security.

This play area allows everyone to slide along the gigantic slide and to play on a digital game placed at the centre of the space.

The kindergarten concept is a direct response to the “Family experience” service, offering a wellness bubble for clients on their customer journey. Parents can enjoy their stress-free shopping moment  while their children play safely!

Kids from 3 and up discover a fantasy world with an iconic 195 m2 hook structure on 3 floors! A true kaleidoscope of colours within which children can climb, scale, crawl, jump and relax.

This concept is entirely based around children motor function development and also enables to create memories together. The play experience becomes rewarding for children and allows them to form relationships.

The layout offers a play experience and promotes collaborative games and sharing:

• The iconic sculpture entirely made of net on which kids can climb and jump from 4m high!
• A giant ball pool
• A unit made of 3 nests and a super fun slide
• A space dedicated to art and crafts, hosted by the Kindergarten entertainers and hostess
• An artistic activities scenery
• Custom made motor function games

In agreement with the “Le Petit Prince” charity right holders, this custom-made children space, is displaying certain codes from Antoine de Saint Exupéry’s book, particularly the meeting scene in the desert.

Le Petit Prince theme is poetic and captivates the children, allowing them to dream.

Various activities that take children from 3 to 10 out of this world

• The iconic plane sets the beginning of the Petit Prince’s story:
  • climb in the plane through the climbing wall 
  • take the pilot’s seat and let our imagination soar
  • glide on the slide
  • hang from the plane’s cabin
  • crawl through the plane like a tunnel
• Motor function rocks to jump, clim and improve balance
• A stars hopscotch to share and improve motor functions
• Le Petit Prince and the Fox characters create an Instagrammable space enabling “share” moments

Key messages from Le Petit Prince communicated to children:

• It is only with the heart that one can see rightly; what is essential is invisible to the eye.

• You always need to feel free to be curious and step out the beating track.

The child isn’t an ordinary reader or spectator of Saint Exupéry’s work ; the child is the actor, the main character : THE CHILD IS THE LITTLE PRINCE.

Rijntje is a very curious cow ! She has always wanted to travel the World to discover new cultures. These 2 past years, she has been on a roadtrip around Europe and would like to share her experience and what she discovered with the children of Leidsche Rijn Centrum in the Netherlands.

This is the story we wanted to tell while creating the layout of the bespoken kindergarten !

The children from 4 to 10 years old will discover the experiences Rijntje went through while playing in the European monuments.

The layout has been thought in 2 areas to offer a European experience to children : 

• Motor Function Zone :

  • The Arc de Triomphe with a graphic design, offers a motor function experience for children : 2 suspended spheres allow children to climb, turn, balance and hang.
  • The Typical Dutch house with soft toned colors : this iconic house, 3,45 m high, has a rope maze in a tunnel and Rijntje maze outline ! Mirrors are on both side of the houses to créâtes a reflection game for children.
  • Big Ben, iconic monument of England, over 4 m high, gives a new and interactive experience for children. The augmented material (new process) detects when children pass in the Big Ben tunnel and triggers the sound of the Clock !
  • The Eiffel Tower, 4,20 m high, sparkles when children pass ! All you need to do is approach your hand near the question mark for the augmented material to detect your presence and switch on a Led band – Touch & Play Innovation !
  • The Tower of Pisa and his various mirrors, create a game of reflection in the entire Kindergarten. She also becomes an Instagrammable game : take a picture of yourself trying to catch hold of the Tower !
  • The giant sculpture Rijntje, mascot of the shopping center, gathers the children.
  • The slide is the children’s favorite activity !
  • The Parkour modules create real activities for children : jump, climb, crawl, play with your balance, every children can create their own motor function parkour !

• Birthday Zone :

  • The Pin Screen wall is a discovery game : children can imagine and create any shape or outer line they want.
  • The magnetic walls with a world map allows children to discover the world in a fun way !
  • A dedicated area (tables and chairs) to organize birthdays and privatise the Kindergarten !

An entertaining educational value for this layout in a shopping center Kindergarten.

Every European monument that we have manufactured has an educational panel to teach the story of the monument to children.

A graphic and architectural design

We have chosen to have a graphic floor and wall with large colored bands, very contrasted, to create an unique architectural effect.

A custom-made Bee Kids children space with a maze structure that needs little ground hold and adapts to narrow places.

Varied activities in this beehive structure.

This 3 m high iconic structure, totally secured was created like a maze path, offering activities in each alveolus for 2 to 8 year olds:

• Climb
• Crawl from alveolus to alveolus
• Improve the coordination
• Walk through a rope maze
• Observe from above
• Slide
• Stimulate fine motricity thanks to wall games

To complete, motricity spheres enable the creation of a path through which children can:

• play with their balance
• jump from sphere to sphere
• climb

During this time, caretakers can offer themselves a relaxing moment on the seats around the children area.

A semi-closed space with custom-made walls.

Reassure caretakers and create a comforting and cozy atmosphere for all.

• The « Cabane Penchée » being 3,50m high creates a unique experience for children :
  • An active motor function parkour with interactive rocks that light up when stepped on or jumped on
  • A rope maze that improves coordination and that let you crawl, climb and jump

  • An Instagram « sharable » area that defies the laws of gravity

Bleu & Associés  had been in competition facing other companies on social medias, and our design won the majority of votes on  Facebook and Instagram !

The iconic Structure “Le Rhinophan” is made of powder coated steel to guarantee a maximum durability.

It has been designed in transparency so that the structure does not disturb the visibility for shops and to have always have a clear sight on children in a closed a secure structure.

• The Rhinophan 3m high creates a unique experience for children :
  • a net course to climb and play with your balance
  • a rope maze to improve your coordination, crawl, climb and jump
  • a Kaleidoscope tunnel in the paws of the Rhinophan to create an infinite game of 
  • INNOVATION : in the Kaleidoscope tunnel, the presence of augmented material triggers light by detecting the presence of a children.

  • a chill space to relax after the slope un espace chill

The colors on the floor are graphic with “dots” in the spirit of Camille Walala.

The Parkours are graphic and create mouvement on the kids area.

Materials are durable with mostly thermo coated steel on the kids area.

Children will imagine the animal that makes them dream the most thanks to this iconic structure : an elephant ? a rhinoceros ? a lézard ? a unicorn ? It’s your choice to make !

Marina Shopping, the last born shopping center located on the corniche of Casablanca, wanted to create a major and unique attraction in the country : “Looping” a tubular double spirale bespoken slide which is over 6m high.

Marina Shopping – Marjane clients will now be able to go from Level 1 to the Ground-floor in 8 seconds !

The microperforation transparency raises the sliding sensations and allows to have a visibility on the entire central plaza while sliding down ! Children will feel safe during this sensational slope ! 

A bespoken slide that will thrill children and adults.

It has been demonstrated that Light has a captivating, fascinating and calming effect with children and adults. 

We wanted to reproduce an atmosphere thanks to materials, textures, colors as an invitation to a sensory journey.

Another version has been studied with natural wood material.
